When you shop with us we want to ensure you always have the peace of mind that you are getting the best value for money possible. In the unlikely event you find the same part or accessory cheaper elsewhere online, we will refund you the difference.

Does Does the Mr Appliance price-Match Guarantee Work?

• The item must be publicly listed on an Australia based website that has a shopping facility and able to take payment on the site
• The product must be like for like, this means it must be brand new, the same brand with the identical manufacturer number, the same Colour, contains the same quantity and is available for next day delivery
• The price comparison must include GST and delivery costs to Australia. All our listed products include GST. Individual product delivery charges will apply for freight
• Any auction sites such as Ebay, Oztion and Amazon are excluded from this offer due to their nature.
• Our price match guarantee is not able to be used in conjunction with any Mr Appliance or competitors promotions, discount codes or clearance items
• We will not price match Typographical errors
• We can only accept one price match per item
• The price match offer is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time

How do I Claim?

It’s really easy to take up our price match guarantee, Price match is available for 5 days from your date of purchase. All you need to do it is contact us and include the following information.

• Your order number with the item you are price matching highlighted
• The competitors web site address and product address
• The competitor’s price including GST and any delivery charges
• Once we receive your claim we will investigate it and if it satisfies all the terms you will receive an email and a refund within 4 business days.
